What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns of unused, unwrapped items for refund or exchange of the purchase price of the merchandise less shipping fees
back and forth within 10 days of your order receipt.
No returns will be accepted after 10 days. We must
receive your return within 10 days after you receive your
item. Item(s) must be in resalable condition and have its original packaging. There will be a 25% restocking fee for items returned
unwrapped. If any other items are returned, there may
be a 15% restocking fee. You must put all original
packaging so that the package arrives back to us in
excellent condition. If the package was poorly packed
and the order comes back damaged, we must charge at least
the 25% restocking fee depending on the condition.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are unable to accept
any returns or exchanges after 10 days, sorry no exceptions.
How do I return or exchange an item?
You may return or exchange the item within 10 days after your order receipt.
You may open the case, but please don't unwrap the chips
from the rolls. Do not open any other item with seals. It must be in resalable condition in order to receive a refund minus shipping cost back and forth. There will be a 25% restocking fee for returns
that come back unwrapped. Exchanges may take place

We will handle your return/exchange promptly as it is received. Please allow at up to one billing cycle from the date of the return for credits to appear on your credit card statement.
How do I deal with damages and missing
products?
If you have a damaged item, you must report this
within 10 days or we cannot accept responsibility.
Internet fraud has been increasing due to the fact that
online customers are opening the items, using them, and
reporting them used after 10 days, sometimes even less.
We have to put this policy into play for this particular
reason. Please check your whole order because there
are no exceptions to returning or exchanging an item after
10 days. If this is a gift, you must check your item
first to make sure everything is there, then rewrap this as
a gift. Missing products will only be accepted before
10 days. We weigh every single package that goes out
and know if our weight matches the contents of the boxes.
There have also been some customers that reporting missing
items, but with our advanced software, we are able to detect
that some were lying and some indeed were missing items.
Again, please check all packages when you receive them.
How do I cancel an order?
Once an order has been placed, it can only be cancelled by phone,
e-mails will NOT be recognized as a cancellation
notice. Once your order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse (usually within 24 hours of your order) you may only return or exchange the item as set forth above, and are responsible for all shipping charges.
Shipping/Delivery
When you place an order and select a shipping method, costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order, and the distance from our warehouse to your shipping address.
Cutoff times for in-stock items are 12pm (NOON-PST). All
other orders should be processed the following business day.
Once your order leaves our warehouse it is ultimately the
responsibility of the shipping company to deliver your order
to you on time. We are not responsible for nor do we have
any control over carrier delays or weather conditions.
