Shipping
Depending on the unit you bought, your unit will be shipped
in 2-4 palletized wooden crates which will protect your unit
from damage. These crates will fit through any standard
door. We ship our units via freight truck within the
continental United States. Shipping outside the continental
US will incur additional fees.
We will ship your unit out within 3 business
days after your initial order if the unit is available. You
should receive your unit within 5-7 days after this
considering there are no delays with the shipping company or
with any weather conditions.
When opening your package, please open it carefully and keep
the box/crate in its original form using a box cutter for
cutting tape. If the package is damaged, you may have
to put the product back in the original packaging to prevent
from further damages back to our warehouse.
Upon arrival of your unit, please inspect the exterior and
interior for damages. You must open and inspect the parts
for any type of damage and report it to the driver
IMMEDIATELY. For any damages you see, please write it on the
Delivery Bill of Lading and YOU MUST HAVE THE
DRIVER NOTE THIS WITH HIS OWN SIGNATURE AND WRITING.
If the unit is signed without inspection or notation, you
are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition.
There is no way we can process the insurance claim with the
freight company if signed (which means you received it in
good condition). We will do everything in our power to help
you on a claim if this shall come up. In the event that the
unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the
shipment is refused, we will replace the unit/parts upon
availability of replacement unit or parts that are damaged.
Shipments will be delivered curbside only for liability
reasons.
If a shipment comes in different boxes and it comes damaged,
please only refuse the package that is damaged and we will
ship you out a new part subject to availability.
Again, if one crate is damaged, please
just send the damaged crate back, not the entire unit.

Terms
The purchaser of the shower unit accepts full responsibility
and liability for its proper use, operation and
installation. The purchaser is responsible for any
installation cost. This unit is NOT to be used in any
commercial place. This unit must also be installed by a
licensed professional plumber, or it could result in the
void of any warranties. The purchaser further agrees to
indemnify and hold harmless of the seller, its officers and
employees from any claims, actions, lawsuits, judgments or
liability arising from the use of this product. By
purchasing on this item the purchaser agrees to the above
conditions of this sale and absolves seller, its officers,
and employees of any and all liability regardless of its
origin in the use of this product.
Warranty
This Steam Shower Unit with Whirlpool is covered by a 12
month parts factory warranty. The Shower must be installed
by a licensed plumber and electrician or it could void the
warranty. We will be here to help you get covered should any
defects be found with in the factory warranty period. You
are responsible for removing the defective parts and mailing
it to our address. A new part will be mailed back to you
after we receive the original. We will also always be here
and help you get the parts at cost after the 1 year factory
warranty expires.
Returns/Exchanges
You can return all items bought from Accessory
Wholesalers within 20 days from the ship date.
To qualify, simply initiate
the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that
the item is in its original condition (including: packaging,
manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). We must receive
your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped
it to you. Please allow us 3 - 5 days from the time we
receive the return to process your refund.
Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our
location, you must package the product the same way you
received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form.
This will help prevent damages back to us.
For your protection, we
suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The
customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we
will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of
the item, less the original shipping fee and less a
restocking fee 15%. A restocking fee of up to 25% will
be applied if not returned in good faith.
For refunds on purchases made
with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same
credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid using
check, the refund will be applied to using a company check.
